Q- can you, perhaps when you show a meal prep, explain the different qualities of tomatoes, and what ones you prefer, cans vs jar etc. I tend to buy the fire roasted at 4.28 a can, and does it really make a difference and when is it best to use the more expensive brands. i might pick some of my fav recipes from it and whip up a video, because the book is an actual game changer if you like indian food it's so simple to convert all the recipes to vegan ones. they do use some dairy in it, i just sub with plant milk / earth balance / cashew or coconut cream
