Are you simply implying that most young women are without 'class' and 'brains'? From this comment, you seem very materialistic. Having Chanel, Hermes, Dior etc doesn't make you instantly earn 'class' nor 'brains'. I loved this video. I really appreciate your honest feedback on the items - acknowledging the Hermès hype and what ACTUALLY drives the price up, and also when you talk about the drop in quality in bags that you would expect more from (and showing your old LV for good measure). I liked that you spoke so highly of the aspinal for its value and quality (I never heard of them until you first mentioned them), but was also able to call out the boy bag for not wearing well! I mean, Sophie you keep it so real and that’s really refreshing.
I agree with you. She's one of a few who's is truthful and smart with purchases. Less impulsive than most of bloggers who just like to collect, collect, and collect.

SAME I don’t like LV either. My friends’ bags all fell apart. And there are so many counterfeits. Bags like Burberry or Dior are more interesting to me bc they aren’t as popular but still really classy.

I don’t know if anyone here is going to agree with me but I think the Chanel Boy large looks better when it goes through the wear and tear. Especially the gold that wears off - makes it look “vintage”. It’s like the classic Chanel that’s been with you everywhere and despite the wear and tear you can always rely on it. I LOVE the Senreve, I got it in white and carried it pretty much all summer. I have two LV I rarely carry them. I got the speedy 30 from my husband for my 40th bday, so I will never get rid of it. I did get the neverfull. with the shaper in the bottom and it’s held up very well, great for travel but i honestly don’t carry it because EVERYONE seems to have it.
I have a bag that my grandma used when she was younger. My grandma is really stylish and always had matching gloves, scarfs and bags. The bag still looks brand new

Because I am buying a Chanel trendy CC that cost a lot of money ( for me) . I paid almost similar amount for lady dior. But still lower than Chanel. And since I decided to buy Trendy CC. Love this video! And yes, I have an LV limited edition Speedy that I bought myself when I was having a really terrible year and needed a pick me up. I've considered selling it several times as it's worth quite a bit, but I just can't bring myself to do it. Plus it's from 2005, so I know the quality is way better than anything they are making now.

I totally agree with the J'adior bag- I think preloved if definitely the way to go. The style is unlikely to become classic and they don't seem to hold their value. I'd hold out till you find the perfect one x

Love the collection! I have an LV Tambourine bag from 2003 that my grandmother bought me for college graduation. I hadn't even asked for it. She must have seen me look at it when we went to the mall. Anyhoo, my grandma died about three months later so it is the last thing I ever received from her so I will always keep it. It has gotten tons of use over the years because I think my grandmother would be disappointed if I didn't use her present. Still looks good though. It is also still the only high end bag anyone has ever purchased for me. All my other high end bags have been bought with my own money :) I also don't like LV much lately. My only recent purchase was a nano Turenne in 2016 because it was so stinkin' cute.

Totally agree on the LV pochette Metis. I got it after 4 months on the waiting list and when I held it in my hands I was not sure whether they got it from the fake market. I hate that for the price of back then 1540 CHF the interior is of micro suede instead of real suede. I still bought it because I liked it so much and I wear it quite often but I don’t think that I will ever buy something from LV again, I like the styles from them but for LV I recommend to buy super fakes from the Chinese instead, quality is about the same but you actually pay what it is worth.

I love Kate Spade, but they aren’t cheap as the bags are around £300

Love the collection! I have an LV Tambourine bag from 2003 that my grandmother bought me for college graduation. I hadn't even asked for it. She must have seen me look at it when we went to the mall. Anyhoo, my grandma died about three months later so it is the last thing I ever received from her so I will always keep it. It has gotten tons of use over the years because I think my grandmother would be disappointed if I didn't use her present. Still looks good though. It is also still the only high end bag anyone has ever purchased for me. All my other high end bags have been bought with my own money :) I also don't like LV much lately. My only recent purchase was a nano Turenne in 2016 because it was so stinkin' cute.

Totally agree on the LV pochette Metis. I got it after 4 months on the waiting list and when I held it in my hands I was not sure whether they got it from the fake market. I hate that for the price of back then 1540 CHF the interior is of micro suede instead of real suede. I still bought it because I liked it so much and I wear it quite often but I don’t think that I will ever buy something from LV again, I like the styles from them but for LV I recommend to buy super fakes from the Chinese instead, quality is about the same but you actually pay what it is worth.

You have got me so interested in the Dior store! I can’t wait to get my saddle bag I can’t decide on the tapestry or the Dior logo pattern monogram type ? I think I’m going to go with the more classic so it will stand the test of time I plan on getting it in the next couple months right now I’m about to decide on the Gucci marmont I’m not sure which color
