Tofu cubes-200 grams
Shrimps-60 grams
Egg- 1 pc
Spring onion-20 grams
Beansprouts-30 grams
Garlic minced-5 grams
Red onion diced-5 grams
Oil-30 grams
Lime wedge
Crushed peanuts as toppings/garnish
Sauce:
Fish sauce-30 ml
Sugar-25 grams
Tamarind paste-30 ml
Sweet paprika-5 grams
Sriracha-5 grams
