Next, it's a quick dip in the water with a little detergent with very little scrubbing the absolutely filthy clothes. The clothes are quickly rinse in clear water, squeeze out by hand. The rinse water is still very dirty. However, Durong squeezed each piece and place the wet clothes in a basin. Then the half washed dirty clothes are hung on the bamboo pole to dry. So, there's no effort to rub out the stains and obviously filthy clothes. So, when the children clothes dry they're still dirty, because the clothes were half washed to begin with. Perhaps, Durong doesn't take her time and wash the clothes properly, because it will take a little more time out of her day. Harvesting and selling vegetables and fruit is what gets her full attention and best efforts; not the children. She will not take off time to take Baby Be to the doctor.
