As a former foster child/teen then, ultimately becoming adopted. This was deeply moving if not, emotionally touching to me personally.❤️🩹🙏🏾🥺 I just sadly, and devastatingly loss my beloved adopted mom, the mother I truly never had.😥 Thank you gorgeous ladies for all you’re doing along with David, & CBS for this, I have always felt. That there needs to be more lights shed on children along with teenagers as well whom are at times. Suffering, and struggling within the foster care system as well as aging out. Who needs a lot of love, guidance, support still because “so many” do not, make it.🇺🇸💔🇺🇸 #DeeplyMoving #Grief
Take it one day at a time. The pain doesn't go away; however, you will learn how to handle it. Shine bright and live well so her legacy will continue with you. Our foster parents are here in our hearts.

My Grandmom was a twin and her sisters, my two aunts were twins. My uncle had a twin brother that died at birth (grandmom’s son and Dad’s brother) and I have twin first cousins. I also have a set of twins on my Mom’s side as well 😃

As a foster and now pre-adoptive caregiver, this is what I actively instill in my little ones, through love, respect, structure, and support.
I love that these two beautiful women had great foster parents who believed in them and raised them together, it would have been so tragic otherwise as I have learned by talking with current and former foster youth and adoptees.
Cherry and Sherry are so completely in tune that they finish each other's sentences. They are absolutely and positively radiant and I'm rooting for them in all things! Love from NY❤️

Haven’t been there in like 40+ years. Never knew blacks lived there now. Only Cajuns, Amerindians and some Creoles lived down there when l was a child. People everywhere now.
