The dude is very artistically talented and creative if nothing else. Not everyone who gets plastic surgery can say they've created their own actual implants. He knows what he wants atleast
WHAT A LOSER! If he'd spend a fraction of that money on HGH and some steroids, and spend just a little time in a gym, he'd look much better than the joke that he is now! But yeah nah, people like this don't have the mental capacity to even put the tiniest effort into their body... To actually look good takes some effort. Even with the help of steroids this would be pretty easy for the tiniest loser. It takes a true loser to take to plastic surgery to try and avoid even the tiniest amount of personal effort... The result is the sad individual you see!
