i started playing starving artist 12 days ago and i'm at 4.5k sold now. i go out of my way to make original art and reasonably price it, so it feels like such a slap in the face seeing scripted art EVERYWHERE while REAL ART is ignored😹😹 i love these videos and i really hope i run into schwalnuts one of these days!! also, how often does this game update?
the scripted art is horrible, I really hope the devs find a way around it as personally, I think it's ruining the game, also I'm glad you like the videos! I'm sure you'll see me sometime in starving artists, I'm usually around on there! Also, not real sure, it seems like they ONLY update during holidays, doesn't seem like they update at any other time
Ok, I can advocate for this, I remember when you said people just have trouble making original art, so some people send hours and hours eye dropping the pixels, And I can confirm, it is a pain in the a** Right now I'm making a space cat. The think is you have to be very particular about what you make. I have sold three, A Smurf cat, Mike Wasowski and kuromi. Smurf cat took me a day and a half to finish. I do agree though, DON"T GET HUMANS. IT IS JUST BLURY.
I wouldn't care about scripted art if they weren't so popular. Scripting is rewarded, which makes the demand for original art less. The amount of times that I join a server where someone has tens of thousands in sales with a booth chock and block full of scripted art is mind-boggling.
Thats what i be saying i be making my own art and no one will buy it but they buy art that people be scripting thats sad using hacks to get free robux crazy!

I don't get it, i make realistic arts using hex codes (picsart & color picker) is it still called printed or scripted? Cuz i believe using illegal sites or apps like what they use when copying other arts or when the art has "🖨️" sign above means they imported it from smthn, are the "bad" ones. Enlighten this lady pls.
And if you blame people copied arts from images (that is pixelated), why not blame people who copied basic pixel doodle arts from google.. isn't it just the same? Though realistic arts went pixelated from editing apps and went through color code which is given by the game as other way to make arts. (I can't say am right cuz i also need enlightenment) :3

Realistic arts takes hours to finish and on the other hand, hacked ones take 1-5 minute.
Uhhh, good question, I wouldn’t consider it scripted since you didn’t use any scripts/exploits, same goes for printed, not honestly too sure actually
