It's not difficult at all . I would suggest studying and making sure to pay close attention to chest and limb lead placements as well as making the patient feel comfortable. Also, ask the instructor as many questions as possible and not be afraid to make a mistake. You'll be learning that's what instructors are for. What university is preppy accredited with? you never said. Also i am a telemetry tech at my local hospital just montioring the monitors in the patient's rooms. My job is going to train us on the ekg machine. If my job trains me is that considered a certification?

2nd question you know how cna certification only last a certain amount of time if they don’t work more than like 24 hr a month or something like that. If we pass and get our ekg certificate how long can we leave it “un active” do to looking to get hired ? Does it expire? 😅
