I've got 6 radios , yeasu ft102, browning mk3, browning mk2, Philly pc76 and Grant xl and a flex 3000, I don't think I could bust out one of these things...Plus I'm out of room hahahaha. I bet these things look sick in a server rack all setup.
I have a 69 base. Worst radio ever made!!!! The 69 base plus I hope is better. Six hundred and fifty dollars done the drain .. that’s why they came out with a plus. The first version they knew was a flop!!!

Surprised by the 5 digit counter but very sweet radio!
I did look up the reciever specs let's just say reciever specs are excellent. About 2 times better than the classic CBs such as cobra 29

69 base is just lower powered
Do you know why the fm power is always limited to around 40-50 watts on most High Power radios when AM and side band can do much more?
FM power is equivalent to an AM carrier.
You wouldn't want this radio do do 150 watts AM carrier
