Here in the Netherlands we have something called "stamppot". I think the right translation for this is hotchpotch. Basically you mash kale and boiled potato's together. You can make it into a really nice meal by adding certain spices and you can add other ingredients if you wish. Personally, I like to add in some smoked sausage or bacon cubes😋👩🍳
