When I first started playing the sims, I used to play in a sort of restrictive fashion based on how I had seen others play (no build buy cc, follow specific challenges/rules, etc.) but when I started watching you, it changed my perspective on the game entirely. You played with almost no rules, and if you did they weren't entirely strict, you went with the flow. You didn't restrict yourself to only a small part of your creativity, you went all out, no matter what save you were playing. And so I took inspiration from you and started playing the sims how I really wanted to, not how I thought others would expect me too. One day I was playing through one of my saves when I thought "What if I applied this to real life, too?" And so I did. I started dressing how I wanted to dress, decorated how I wanted to, I even started baking in more unconventional (but fun) ways. I can't speak for others, but I can certainly say that you and your content have changed my life for the better, and I'm so grateful for that
