Good video apart from the annoying music. I don't personally like videos where you get music played that does nothing to enhance the video.

Can we use metal mesh foil bearing instead of magnetic bearing because in magnetic bearing we have to use system (control unit) and in situation we need extra back up source and extra bearing to avoid any failure

very good technology, as for regenerative blowers all the issues related to cooling should be eliminated with this solution

Can you build a magnetic generator for a rail wheel bar to be able to be inserted on the wheel them generate electricity as the wheel rolls and power batteries

This is not how you do it. If you want to do it for real, you need to modulate the curie point of ferromagnetic metals, preferably nickel, or if you are in a cold enough place, gadolinium.
With a low strength magnet, you will have a low speed motor with low torque and poor efficiency, with a high strength magnet, it will still be low speed, but it will be high torque and can exceed 100% efficiency because the input heat energy does not provide the force that turns the rotor and is completely unrelated to the magnitude of the force on the rotor.
You can do this for real, but you still need input power in the form of heat. Build it and if you are less than 100% efficient, make the stator magnet bigger until you above 100% efiiciency.
Simple as that. The technology has been known for years over 100 years, we just haven't revisited it with stronger magnets. When the type of motor I described was invented all they had access to were loadestones and magnetised iron.
We have N52 nedinium magnets now. They provide a much stronger field than what they had available back then.
If you control the heating and cooling on the nickel, you only have to thermal cycle the nickel 30 deg c to get the rotation on the rotor. Which takes a fixed amount of energy at a fixed rotor speed.
If you have 60% efficiency with a 300 lb pull magnet and all you do is change the magnet to a 600 lb pull magnet, you will get 120% efficiency. The ammount of heating required to state change the rotor at the fixed rotational speed remains constant.
