Creating a bridge on Revit is not that easy !!
1- you should first share coordinates and get the correct location of the bridge ..
the bridge top surface is not the same level as you did
2- i think you have to link the civil 3d with Revit to get the top surface of the bridge and get correct alignmenet
    do you agree ?

First you have to set up the coordinate system and Alignment, Profile, Assembly, and Corridor in Civil 3D, then take it to infraworks to place your bridge components. Then generate specific bridge components on Inventor (Optional), then load them into Infraworks. Then you have to take the bridge to Revit for Rebar and Documentation.

This just basic. It was more of using Revit Family Templates and System Families to generate a bridge Model.

In due time, I will demonstrate how to use the workflow of Civil 3D to Infraworks, then to Revit. And also Civil 3D to Dynamo to Revit. And also using Sofistik Bridge Modeler. Stay tuned.

But I think the presentation is correct. The bridge coordinates is a survey item but the sizes and the shape of the elements comprising the bridge will be modelled the same workflow as he has shown.
