Green chilli:3
Dry red chilli:3
Fresh coriander:6-7tbsp

ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
تیز پتہ: دو عدد
کالی الائچی: ایک عدد
سبز الائچی: چار عدد
لونگ: تین عدد
زیرہ: ایک چائے کا چمچ
ثابت کالی مرچ: 25 سے 30 عدد
لال مرچ پاؤڈر: ڈیڑھ چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی: آدھا چائے کا چمچ
نمک: حسب ذائقہ
موٹا کٹا ہوا دھنیا: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ: آدھا چائے کا چمچ
ٹماٹر: پانچ عدد درمیانے سائز کے
لیموں کا رس: ایک چائے کا چمچ
دہی: آدھا پاؤ
پیاز: تین عدد درمیانے سائز کے
باریک والی ہری مرچ: تین عدد
سوکھی لال مرچ: تین عدد
تازہ ہرا دھنیا: 6 سے 7 کھانے کے چمچ
