You guys shouldnt need to have that lady on snaere on a stool. Make the stands comfortable to the player. Tell that lady to stop using her left arm and stop dancing and focusing too much on the body movements.
I love how you say it’s a street cadence but you don’t play it like one. There isn’t any moving feel to the temp you have set and you guys are playing carelessly
