GREAT class Erin! You ROCK!!!! As another movement educator...I think you are one of the BEST! xo
Oh my gosh! I’m finally getting to my messages and yours just brighten my day, thank you so much! I’m an everlasting student, and much to learn, but when I try something, and it feels good, I love to share!
Thank you Erin
You are so welcome and thank you for watching and your message!
Great video thank you 😊
You’re welcome 😊
Thanks!
You bet! Oh John, many thanks!!
I just starting with Ian’s doing this work with you. It’s so awesome!
Can you build muscle while doing it, or do I need to also do weights on other days?
Yes you can! I need to talk about that aspect a little bit more, but absolutely! You’re creating resistance and using the strength of another body part to move you an opposite direction. It’s really a combination of Fascia stretching, muscle toning and endurance building!
It's a full routine that pretty much covers it all...except maybe cardio and yet I find my heart rate up too. One of my passions is hiking and this work keeps my body in shape so I can enjoy it @@DailyFascia
Great class Erin.
I am a little confused about the exercise on your back where you cross your right ankle above your left ankle while holding the back of the left leg
When you are lifting your legs up, you relax and so there’s no pressure that correct and then when you’re pushing the leg down the right leg is driving the left leg down and the left leg is resisting the push of the right leg. Is that correct?
Also I felt the inside of my leg with the foot on the floor getting the big stretch but not the inner thigh of the leg with the knee bent.
Thank you for your message! Yes, that one can be confusing. Essentially, the ankle the is on the bottom is pushing up into the ankle crossed over. That makes the quadricep contract. You keep it contracted as the other legs over powers and pushes is down. Then, relax them both to come back up and start again. I hope that helps! It can certainly feel different on each side as well. Keep up the great work, Erin
@@DailyFascia thank you Erin - that was very helpful!
