    Hey Everyone! At 16:08 when I talk about treatment, I discuss how a prostaglandin infusion is used to keep the PDA open until surgery. Please disregard the pop-up that says "prostaglandin inhibitors". It should have said "prostaglandin infusion" rather than prostaglandin inhibitors. Thanks for studying with me :) Don't forget:

      I was a bit confused between prostaglandin and prostaglandin inhibitors that’s why I watched your video and you made why we need prostaglandin in Coarctation of the Aorta so clear. Thank you!

    Sarah,
    I’ve been watching your videos for the last 3 months as I prepared for the NCLEX. I have been out of school for approximately 1 year with severe test anxiety which almost broke me down. I sat for my test yesterday and passed first time. Got the news just now!!! Thank you for building my confidence little by little thru your videos. God bless you and grant your deepest wishes ❤️❤️❤️

    I want to say Thankyou then & THANKYOU now ~ All the way from Australia 🇦🇺
    whilst i was a University student studying bachelor of Nursing your UA-cam videos are why I survived University and further why I ended up understanding the underpinning foundations beyond those around me in university and once registered on the floor. Prior to that I struggled in silence yet studied harder than anyone I knew but still didn’t understand. However once i found your channel, It was no longer trying to get that pass mark or accepting p’s = degrees. Instead i was motivated and driven to understand everything that I didn’t.
    Well here i am watching all your videos again 7 years graduated! I am refreshing my knowledge as i am about to return to the ER post maternity leave. Your videos were then and are still now the absolute best ones going that can educate any level of nurse learner.. Not many can say they achieve that.

    I have had this since I was born but my parents never explained it to me in detail so just wanted to say thank you. I've had 2 different bypasses and multiple balloon Operations and then a pigs valve when I was 12. I'm 28 now and about to get a new one, thank you again for the detailed information you are awesome.

    • @pendragon8185
      @pendragon8185 2 роки тому +1

      @@adriennecurry1303 I have gotten a new account and revisited this, I know it’s been a year but yes, when I was 3 weeks old I was told that they replaced it with a vain from my left arm, then many operations over the years till I was 12 happen with a balloon to keep it wide, when I turn 12 I got a pig’s valve, and a graff done and have only ever had one more operation when I was 20 because there might have been a problem. I am told being 31 now I may need another and have actually been waiting to find out more.
