Bonjour😃! You can work but not as a nurse. If you get an employer that is willing to take a chance on you then I highly recommend this as you get to learn the language and the Swiss work culture as well. Thanks for the compliment 😀

There are vocational training colleges here but whether they are similar to Germany I do not know. Check the Swiss Federal institute for vocational education.
