@@ChrisPBacon-zf5gm yeah unbreakable by 2014 standards, but the game has changed quite a bit it can put up a couple big bodies but they can all just be wiped away by a lightning storm or any reasonable monster like access code
@@ChrisPBacon-zf5gm so first let's get a couple things straight, firstly it was not an engine that could be splashed in every deck, considering many cards like yellow Martin and crimson Fox limit you to only summoning archetype cards and having hard once per turns, none of the boss monster's have any sort of protection except for the two big fusion monsters one of them can't be destroyed by battle one of them cannot be targeted by card effects both of them can be destroyed by card effects both of them can be sent to the graveyard both of them have low attack, one of them only has 2,600 attack the other one only has 3,200 attack, they were indeed good I know I played them IRL and in duel links and in master door I have played them in every available format it is my main deck, I know what it's capable of and I know what it can do pretending it can build an unbreakable board is not true, the deck has so many restrictions that you can only play within its market type can't be splashed, maybe you're thinking of lyrilusc because even in the TCG Luna lights were good but they did not shape an entire format whatsoever, at best they were a rogue deck that saw tops every once in awhile just because the pendulum was at 3:00 ever since it was banned it completely killed the deck because that was his entire combo piece was a non once per turn special summon from the grave
Gradyle/Kaiju -Counters literally every deck -Makes handtraps useless -Can splash every engine Flaws -Called by the grave -The opponent draws called 90% of games
I agree with this list but I also think Bujin is slept on by a lot of the md community. It’s beatdown is pretty reliable with its support from lightning overdrive. Also it can play Magical Hats, what's there not to love?
A single brick, that's it.
That damn blue dog always shows up in my opening hand
The biggest issue with unchained is that the two best decks in MD currently both counter it. Floo shuts down ED monster effects and puts up barrier statue. And branded floats for days and can out-resource it.
Bro, fluffals are crazy, yesterday a dude playing branded fluffals summoned all his extra deck and half his deck in just one turn!
Can you share his decklist ?
Unless your opponent play earth/wind deck
Me, playing lyrilusc tribergate : Laught in assemble nightingale with 5+ mat
I play Fluffals and i'm currently building plunder patrol
I play fluffal in duel links but I have no idea how to build one in master duels
@@belckroz1952 look it up? That or look up DistantCoder’s build. It uses Eldlich, but that’s replaceable with hand traps since his build doesn’t run any
@@ErosIRL ik how to build a deck my problem is getting a the card to get the keys to get the packs
Resonator/red dragon archfiend is underrated. Ive won the most decks with it
New ship is a pendulum because Plunder needs every type of monster. Wind Ship will be a Ritual pendulum.
Blackbeard pass with shipyard and redbeard is nuts. I'll still make that over toad most of the time.
I like it when they don't read. They kill themself with my stromberg deck. It's like magic cylinder combined with mirror force. It's only downside is it's heavily dependent on the field spell.
I need to make a lunalight deck I just started. I made a swordsoul deck first just cuz I wanted to try them out
Bro the monarch deck is sick since it can prevent extra deck plays and monster effects on the field
I"ve been running a Yosenju deck. Not only are they cheap, but they send cards to the decl or hand which cards rarely counter. They also field rush since they can normal summon several times.
Until that 1 Imperm stalls your turn.
@@Trekkie46 imperm actually doesn't counter yosenju very well. Most of their power comes from the pendulum summon, stopping the normal summon effect doesn't do much to hamper them unless they already opened poorly
@@three2805 sounds like you're the one person that actually pendulum summons in that deck.
@@Trekkie46 that's the only viable way to play yosenjus...
You use tge normal summons to search, generate field presence, and bait out negations. Then you pendulum summon as many Hitot and Daibak as possible in order to bounce your opponents whole field and OTK with hitots atk boost effect. I don't know how anyone could do anything with yosenju without pendulum summoning, Hitot is the best card in the archetype
@@three2805 I've never seen anyone summon Daibak. Seriously, look up lists that people posted from tournaments over the years.
Man, I try to play as a pure mathmech deck with hand traps to survive ladder, with side or accesscode taker......and I hate so many decks
I went against Unchained recently without reading with War Rocks 😅 Wasnt that crazy. But i appreaciate any new deck in ranked.
The other day it was my first time going against A lunar deck and let me tell you yes it's underated. My Rikka deck was struggling but I'm the end I still won but barely.
jord is a pendulum because it can go both on the ground and the water. and the low scale is because its earth which probably means the wind ship is gonna be a high scale xyz pend
Get me some galaxy eyes on that list I’ve always played with this deck supplemented with hand traps and the right spells this deck gets me well into the platinum ranks every time. Plus it’s fun as hell to use.
Duelling Fluffals are crazy this master-rule People here never take them seriously before tigers out and their board is gone I see people ashing my royal penguin gardens and I’m here like um o.k 😂
Now I feel bad. I feel called out. I didn’t think Plunder was that underrated.
..I had a crazy unchained deck with vendread and synchro zombies. .....I wish I still had them still but masterduels was taking to much space on my phone had to delete it
luna light was the first deck I built in master door, you can easily get to diamond one it can otk super easily play through so many disruptions, it struggles going first however because it can't put up negates itself but you can play through at least three negates
You are playing lunalights incorrectly if you’re struggling going first.
The deck pretends to be an otk deck but in reality took over an entire format for its splashable ability to go first and create unbeatable boards
Lunalight is a powerful deck,I have it in duel links and have insane effects like attacking monsters twice and others
I'm happy with my Gladiator Beasts deck, ty.
Cubic just lurking in top 10, and traumatising peps with otk
I've actually always wanted to play Tenyi, collecting the cards irl.
Dam I was already playing just a Tenyi deck and yeah the link spam is real but I do still brick if I don't have a tenyi in my hand lol
YEEESS FLUFFALS. So much fun to play
Gradyle/Kaiju
-Counters literally every deck
-Makes handtraps useless
-Can splash every engine
Flaws
-Called by the grave
-The opponent draws called 90% of games
Been getting good success with qlis
Bruh this is a deck i wanted to learn, can i have your list?
My favorite archetype is Amazement
I just love everything about it
Number 5 was the first one that came to mind for me.
I run a lunalight deck most of the time. They are quite good
I agree with this list but I also think Bujin is slept on by a lot of the md community. It’s beatdown is pretty reliable with its support from lightning overdrive. Plus, add in some modern cards like ash or veiler and it has very little trouble playing against meta like swordsoul or branded. I would know, because I play the deck myself.
Unchained is yugiohs under dog, it's the ultimate kick me and I'll keep getting back up deck, they will always be my main for that.
Is Dinomorphia in the game yet?
I want to make my Burning Abyss build.
yeah, but it is missing rex.
I play tenyi back then
When i share my replay playing it to my friend
They thinking i was playing Swordsoul, and asking why not I summon chengyeng, baron, etc
But after Adventure token release, it just so sad seeing people playing tenyi because they only playing the HalqDon turbo using that deck
Fluffals are on Duel Links and are incredibly easy to use even with the characters skill... But the next ballist didn't include them
I feel like people don't give traptrix enough credit. It is very underrated and very hard to stop unless you have ash blossom in your hand first turn, which is rare. They can get out really powerful boss monsters and their effects and ESPECIALLY their field spell, is pretty busted. The whole deck is easily searchable. You can also set a lot of trap to disrupt your opponents combos. I still have no idea why people don't play Traptrix
Once again, melodious monsters are forgotten
As someone who uses a stardust dragon synchron deck, i have no idea what any of these are🤷🏻♂️
