    Hi...like to say great looking Hardtail, Stantons have some Beautiful looking frames (oh my). Also your components are great...some of these companies I don't know about (I do now). People like yourself have some really helpful information, and it's always great to see these different high quality component Brands on Bike Builds. I like your enthusiasm and how much you like the "Switchback". Cheers.

    After watching this video I spotted a used frame on eBay for a decent price and had to buy it! Two years ago I hadn't been on a bike for over 10 years, now thanks to you I have this monster and was able to build it myself! Guys like you and Seth are a huge help for rookies like me, you've helped with choosing parts, gear and now my pride and joy. Thanks man, forever grateful.

    Just doing a very similar build. Dismantled my 160mm Specialized 27.5 Enduro onto a Bird Zero Am. Work in progress but this video whets my appetite to send! Great video, thanks for posting 🤘🏼

    I’ve pretty much set mine up identical to yours , oval chain ring with bash guard & flip up guide and 💯 agree about getting that seat slammed down out the way and even though mine come standard with a 170 dropper I’m installing a One Up Components 210 !
    Absolutely love your build & bike and he’ll yeah the hard tails are so much fun 🤩 I’m in no hurry to get back on the dually Enduro bike ! Cheers 🍻

      @@DIA4000 Still waiting for the bike I ordered from Stanton to arrive. Due to COVID the Reynolds steel they use was delayed for many months but I should have a bike sometime this spring.

    Good to see a new video from you. I'm glad you're liking the PNW components on there. I went all in on PNW stuff on my new bike and I'm loving it. Being able to slam a 200 mm dropper is great for getting the seat waaaaay out of the way. You should try the loam grips out sometime. I really like them a lot and they're great for grip with and without gloves.

    Subbed after your Shut Up and Ride interview. Can't wait to see more footage of your hardtail being ridden. Please do backyard trails! I'm thinking about doing the same and interested to see someone else's build.

      I’d rather have it there at the end with the data than see it while riding. Honestly I don’t look at my computer when riding MTB unless I’m stopped. I kept breaking mounts when it was attached to the stem. I kept knocking it off when it was attached to the top tube. So down tube it is. Haha. Safe and sound. 👍

    Wondering what your opinion is on the components that Stanton uses on his bike builds?

      Which components in particular? Last time I looked they were pretty slick as far as I remember.

      @@MrTonka on his elite builds, he uses Hope Fortus 30 with Hope 4 Pros, an Ohlins RFX36 shocks, etc.. just never seen a builder put higher end components on. Though I think it would be better just to get the frame, and do a build.

      @@MrTonka I don't normally wear full-face, so was thinking about a Hero 8 on a chest strap, but no gimbal. Do you think the GoPro stabilization is good enough?

      Nah, that's more of a race bike, i send mine off of 4' drops to flat and multiple sets of concrete steps as well as rowdy trails. I like my metal hardtail. :)

      Rusty Smith I’m not 100% sure but the MRP Ribbon air only comes in 1 offset. So a quick check of their page should tell you. 👍

      The frame only cost $700, I fail to see how this would come close to a Yeti. and as an owner of several yetis, I can tell you this one is far more durable than any SB100/130. haha
