Dawn ONeil-Szabo I meant more that he’d taken the time to create such an intricate backstory for that one hat was amazing but I won’t pretend that I knew about mollusk silk. I just thought it was incredible the detail he went into just to make this seem so real!
I must have that hat. The Feur de la Mer hat is simply exquisite. Knowing that a Witch from Sardinia dives into the ocean to find the materials for that hat makes it almost priceless. When I do own it I will add real salt water taffey in with the flowers so that I can take one of the candies and savor one any time I choose. That hat is beautiful and obviously crafted with pure artistry and magic of course.
