Ben Joyce pitch was 105! No wonder JD Martinez was a second late. Your noise, chefs kiss and gross.. at the end was spectacular!! Your editing is so champ right now. Bravo to Mr May! 👏
I was happy to see Clay Holmes here... I know he's had some blown saves but to me that just means maybe he's not a closer but he still has great stuff and would be an amazing set up man. Too many fans have said they want him gone because they like to forget all the good pitches he has in favor of the handful of blown saves. For now, closer by committee seems to be working, Hamilton last night and Weaver last week (who is hilarious, I would love to see you and Weaver do an interview or have him on because he has similar manic energy 😂)
I’m sure you’ve talked about it at some point so sorry if it’s posted and I missed it, curious what your thoughts on the Ohtani Lindor mvp conversation. Also, is Lindor as good of a teammate/person as he looks like from the outside?
Trevor what’s the clubhouse like when there is 10-15 games left and you know your team has been eliminated? I would think the young guys trying to make a name for themselves playing hard every game, didn’t know if some of the veterans get time off or just want the season to finish as fast as they can!? Just thought about that today with 6 games left & wanted some insight
I'm female and I've loved baseball since I was a teenager, 25 years ago. But nobody ever taught me to play, to throw. No one took me out in the yard to play catch. No one signed me up for little league. I'm not mad at my folks; it was totally normal then and probably still is now. But when I watch baseball analysis I often realize that no matter how much I read about and study, there will always be a wall between myself and fully understanding it, because of that lack of immersion and first-hand experience. Kinda makes me sad.
Sent you some Knuckleballs - went Old Skool because otherwise it’s just a Matt Waldron Package and no kid from Nebraska should have to be put through that
I came across this guy by accident on UA-cam. He is full of S. He was talking about Dodger pitcher Beuhler and the umpire. The umpire was just doing his job until Beuhler tried to show him up by walking toward the plate asking where a pitch was. So the ump comes out from behind the plate and Beuhler stood there and mean mugged him. Trevor May says he was walking back toward the mound but he wasn't, Beuhler was staring the ump down. Because he was missing pitches. Then he missed the next pitch and started the whole stare down again. Yes the ump got upset, but Beuhler was being the toddler, not the ump. Instead of just playing baseball Beuhler wanted to push it as far as he could. Then when things went bad he was a victim. I am not a big fan of any umpire, but watching Beuhler you would know that is stuff you don't even do in minor league ball. And of course Trevor May puts his BS stamp on it, I am guessing for podcast content
appreciate you breaking down the arm angle making for "break" vs real break. too many videos think the angle = nasty but nah, not always

Whoever edits these videos is very very good. Funny clips, well timed and creative, a chefs kiss of video editing and the content is top tier as well
