Saying "Make sure to talk to you clan" in a game with ZERO inter-clan communication tools is peak Plarium. It's crazy that this kind of coordination is expected despite us having a single IRC chat frame that is wiped every 24 hours to communicate.
Yeah, that´s an excellent point. They should add a better chat system for sure.
I see one fragment for the new champion, and that's with the win condition. So four years to get the champion if you win every battle.

@@mrgrinch2346 ‘Lazy’ is an interesting choice word. Alot of people have lives and responsibilities beyond Raid. Also nobody looks to their clan leader as some kind of figure, get over yourself.
I was nominated deputy a couple weeks ago and I too am tempted to tell the clan leader to replace me in this role. Sounds like a lot of extra hours if you wanna do it the right way.

This is just another feature to widen the disparity of those with mythical champs/whales and those without.
Honestly more modes are making me disillusioned with the game even a 20m more is too much I would have liked a harder Doom tower or new faction wars stages
The trick is just letting some modes go, i gave up with 3v3 and normal DT as well as actually pushing for Cursed City. I'll just focus on couple modes at the time.

@@aaronreynolds1493 without live arena just dailies factions doom tower and hydra it's about 4 hours a day I don't do amius or live arena till I have to
@@lfc-1892 yeah, during missions of course and sometimes dailies. I even skip the extra ones since missing out on 130 energy is not a game changing for me.
The mode looks fun, but if the rewards are as crap as they seem, no one will play it. The 3 mythical fragments are supposed to be 3 mythical shards for sure. 5-star gear... I don't know about you guys, but I go "Filter -> all gear not 6-star -> sell all" whenever my storage is full. I'd rather have 6-star rare than 5 star mythical. You'd have to roll that 5-star piece to lvl 16 to find out wether it beats a 6-star rare piece you only have to roll to lvl 8.
That's so BS. A 5 star Mythical's sub stats will always be better than 6 star rare. Especially if you happen to roll the red stat. Rare gear has a 2 roll increase max. Mythicals can even at 5 stars roll better than any rare would...
That being said. I sell 5 stars unless they are Mythicals with good sub stats, and i also sell all rares. It's a waste of space that we already don't have much off.
i mean when you level up you'll stop getting 5 star gear but i think it dumb that you get 5 star mythical at tier 5 instead of 6 star legendary, and the 3 primal fragments i hope will increase by a lot when you get higher tiers

Ok, I'll do the math for you right here. I'll use gloves with main stat C.damage as an example. For the example I'll say the sub-stat is also C.damage, just to make it easier. It could just as well be Attack or whatever.
First the 5* mythical. You get 65% C.damage in the main stat. For this example we'll asume absolute godroll. Red stat is C.damage, and all (4) rolls go into it as well. The substat rolls 4-6%, so with 6 rolls total, you end up with 24-36%. Now we end up with a total of 89-101% C-damage. Expect an average of 95%.
Now we do the 6* rare. You get 80% C.damage in the main stat. We'll asume 2 rolls into C.damage, which is not that hard. It only rolls twice in the two available substats. The substat rolls 5-7%, so with 3 rolls total you end up with 15-21%. Now we end up with a total of 95-101% C.damage. Expect an average of 98%.
So what I compared here is a 5* mythical with a 6* rare. The 5* mythical is an absolute god roll. It rolled the red stat in the desired substat and then rolled all (4) times into that red stat again. An insane inprobability. The rare only has 2 substats so it will roll twice into the one you want 25% of the time. The rare still ends up better.
Another thing to consider is the other 3 substats on this piece. On the 6* they will be 5-7%, while on the 5* they will only be 4-6%, again making the 6* better.

These rewards are a joke. I’m already so pissed about never placing top 3 in hydra clash and missing out on the best rewards in the game. Seeing this just makes me even angrier about it

We have similar stuff in other games - they just gave the information that I needed to know this won't be that bad - we have far worse in other games, like 24 hour set up

One of my favorite parts of raid was the absence of a convoluted over complicated clan v clan mode, I just hope it’s not as difficult for non discord using groups to successfully play:

i run my clan that i brought up as f2p.. im going to just remind my clan we are casual in this. Most of us are f2p, we have almost no chance of winning this.. so if we win it once every 4 or 5 times.. it will be 12 years before we get the lego lol.
You're going to be matched up against a clan very similar in progress as your own clan.
@@mrgrinch2346 nah i bet it will be based on trophys earned and the clan rank... ive been playing for years and my clan has trophys and isn't a super low rank. In cvc though you have a chance to win in non personal rewards cvc's as the whale clans dont try. Here, you basically will always lose. I am not optimistic about this mode for my clan. That is to say I still think its a good feature for the game but not every feature has to be good for every type of player.
In 12 years there will be 500 new champs better than that reward Leggo. There will be probably be a new tier of champs like gods as well 😂

All this looks amazing, I just wish plarium would learn from hydra clash how unfair it is to the average player, even one who pays money, to get absolutely nothing if they can't get win a single battle. Despite their effort.
They might make it like CVC. The better you do, aka, th3 more you win, the harder opponents you get, aka, the ones who also won. That way, it would be even, unless you intentionally lose a couple of CVC so you drop down intentionally

It's supposed to launch tomorrow, so if that's the start of the twelve day preparation phase then the first battle phase will be Monday and Tuesday of the week without a CvC.
Wow, I hope that was a typo or mistake of some sort for the victory chest. That was pitiful for what appears to be a big effort event.
The trap thing: you have to fight all six groups, of the option of three you first chose. So you can tempt your opponent into an option with a couple of weak teams in front and some nasty ones behind.
It needs to be 3 primal shards, if it's 3/100ths of one or 78/100th's of a primal per year then this is a DISASTER. Greedy Plarium is going to kill their game.

My pvp teams suck. At least it gives me more motivation to actually build my guys more for pvp
5 star mythical isn't even close to 6 star legendary. It might be comparable to 6 star rare gear.
Are they going to freeze gear on champs for this? Or if I move gear from one of my defensive teams, will they not have that gear on when they are attacked?
Can I move all my best gear to each offensive team when I attack, or is it locked at the start of the Siege?
They would have mentioned this if they were going to do it so I doubt it
And one last things to note on, the primal shard quartz amount will probably increase significantly as you go up in tiers. So you might be able to get 3 rare champs in a single year from this hahahaha

It a mix of arena, sintranos (the paths), and cvc. It seems like they can't think up an original game mode since Doom tower. 90% of this is going to come down to clan organization and who spent the most money.
Sintranos was pretty original, I know they reused all the dungeon bosses but it's good to see that previous rubbish champions or even one's you've stopped using can now be used
I think that the trap is the the other 2 teams of a group are hidden and they will show up only after deafiting the previuos. So if the first team of a group, that is the only one visible, is weak, the opponents will be bait to choose that group and then find out a godlike team as second of that group.
If clan siege starts tomorrow, we will have the 12 days to prep for the siege battle that takes place after next weeks cvc.
There are 3 base attacks and 3 rematches if you fail on those. Plus, the free attacks on the mana orbs. I believe each middle tier building can have 3 defenses there are 2 mana buildings, which is another 6 attacks. That means 12 attacks, I believe. Having 2 per champ means you need about 24 champs you feel comfortable with.

So true on communication. I have at most half clan in discord. And some strong old rockers has power, but not discord. Actually my best CvC member has no discord. Good luck to me. Defo not try convince someone to use discord (3rd party app) for mobile game

Quite excited for this tbh, rewards seem very lackluster though. Would be nice for there to at least be something similar to the rewards in cvc. But even so with hydra clash and now this coming it's starting to feel more and more like you play the game together in the clan. Hoping for either a faster speed for dungeons or even auto beat stages you've already beaten already as time is a real issue.

As usual, your point of view is that everyone plays this game for a living...I really liked when you first started out and could appreciate the value of time, resources, and average players.
So does siege start tomorrow or does the two-week prep time start tomorrow?
We will likely have the 12+ days to prep, I doubt they will give us just a few days to prepare before our first one
This will be kraken dominated. If you're not rich you won't win. They'll just do what all the other games do and put the strongest teams first and lock you out
if as a community we all agree to put in food champs everywhere, then we all get wins and rewards
That level of organization is the antithesis of fun to me. This is likely the end of me in this game.
Playing Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes a while back... We always used to put the best teams on the front line and then weaker ones in the back.
I'm thinking the idea is that you can only see the first team? So you can prep for the first team but the other ones are a bit of a mystery. I assume that's why they said to put the easier ones in the front as if you waste an attack scroll on the first team but can't beat the rest then it's a waste of resources and basically a win for the other clan in that area

CvC is every other Tues/Wed. If the Siege is a 15 day cycle (12 prep, 1 matchmaking, 2 battle) it will eventually overlap with CvC.
It looks like a complicated shitty normal arena with horrible rewards.

Looks fun. Telegram is better than discord for this mode I think. That's what was typically used for lords mobile who had similar communication in game.
I hope plarium offload alot of QOL after this. Nobody wants to be burnt out playing raid.

The game badly needs a comprehensive in game communication system for this. Even in my top 200 clan, not everyone checks discord and it's a nightmare.
I do hope you can game this by setting 1 champion defences if you're a casual clan.

Not winning and not getting a chest is going to be rough. At least hydra allows you to collect fragments for just the threshold minimums.

Than I would suggest you stepping up if you can and lead it. Otherwise, it would be prudent to designate on of the lieutenants to take charge of things with an absentee clan leader.

Our casual clan will be like.... attack the weakest possible... any late game account, attack last and attack any remaining, or just attack or not..... just do your CB and aim for the lowest chest on Hydra Clash XD

I get that tier 1 is suppose to be the lowest tier, but the victory chest rewards are an absolute joke. Live arena chests are more exciting than this. Pretty much the only complaint I have, everything else looks absolutely amazing.
I'm a casual player, not serious compete so any chill clan can take me refugee😁
The CCs lap this up, hype it up and also conveniently forget that this isn't most people's jobs like them.
Lol. We can't even get 30 players to use all their hydra keys each week. We got no chance of organizing the defense needed.
