Optical Flow vs Frame Blending vs Frame Sampling | Time Interpolation Tutorial Premiere Pro

- If you want buttery smooth, SUPER SLOW MOTION, then make sure you use Time Interpolation and know the difference between Optical Flow, Frame Sampling and Frame Blending. How you film your clip makes a huge difference as well, so make sure to film with a High Frame Rate AND an over-cranked/fast Shutter Speed...otherwise your slow motion effect won't look good no matter what you do!

I usually like the way frame blending looks and I use it for shots I want to ramp up and down and evoke motion blur, and optical flow usually creates weird glitches in between frames. I've rarely gotten a good result from optical flow.

Hello sorry im new with the settings, so if you rendered selection, then what time interpolation you choose when rendering whole sequence
Cause i always unwantedly renders the whole thing in optical flow that included changes between clips and everything
