You can get infinite water with 1 water bucket. You just have to put the water in a 2 block high tube and put in in the highest point, and bonemeal the bottom one. Then you should have 2 water sources.

Should have grabbed some of the copper bulbs for an easier way to turn off your mom farm. Since you can turn them on and off it would be easier than breaking a hole in your roof each time you go for a zombie villager.
