Unless you wanna skip the part where you internally (Or externally, in Zajef's case) scream at shit enemy interactions + timer, if I don't 36* right away I just move on with my day. There's games where I'm like ''Damn, I need to be tighter with my dodges and maybe work on my dps to burst down overwhelming mobs/win a dps race'' etc., but with Genshin it just never really came together for me, just feels like they're fucking with my rotations and ruining my AoE or burst-dps etc. haphazardly. In games like Dark Souls, you feel it when you miss your big ranged pyromancy, a relatively safe yet strong attack failed and you'll have to risk getting in there more, but it doesn't automatically ruin your attempt and make the game feel shit, enemies are also generally less spazzy and you're not as concerned lining them up in AoE's/dps windows etc., the dogs need to stop though.
You know what would be VERY helpful to players? A ranked list of which characters are best for each shield type. Because as you mentioned, some characters do it better and I know many players don't know and the information doesn't seem to ever be out there.

This was a fun cycle to do randomized Abyss 12 on (ua-cam.com/video/apXPKIIpWHc/v-deo.html is my run). Except for 12-3 bottom, that was utterly annoying because the Heralds kept splitting. 12-3 top was painful until I figured out how to group the Lectors consistently, and then it became actually pretty fun.
I had a good laugh, always hated Monas bad kit...i always say taunts are useless and dont do anything in the game as one on my arguments but now i see i was wrong Taunts actually make things worse by griefing your lector runs

yk there’s elemental gauge list for each skills high unit better at break shields

Elemental application speed matters for instance.

Childe is best for pyro lector, ayaka is best for hydro and Bennett for electro lector (especially with 4 TF)
