I recently discovered Nightwish myself. I just love how they hit you with a chorus, take you on an unorthodox journey, and then punch you in the gut with the chorus again, like you've heard it a thousand times before.
I strongly believe that Floor could rule the world if she decided she wanted too LOL
I love how enthusiastically you were all in. From the same Wacken 2013 show: Storytime, Ghost River, Everdream, I Want My Tears Back...

That was definitely fun. 😄 One of the great things about Nightwish is that every song you hear will be different than the previous ones. Also, there are many surprises within each song. You cannot figure out what’s coming next like all the pop princesses songs. Tuomas (keyboard) is the Metal Mozart. 🤘

Oh, man! Your style bites me. Thank you! This is one of my favorites of this concert. Let’s take this Nighwish trail together. Wacke’s Open Air 2013 concert was epic. All the songs are worth reacting, so do them all, please. Good music is good music regardless of genre. It’s great to hear that you know how to appreciate this top band of symphonic metal in this way.

Good job guys,you had him flee his own room! Thoose distant "Hoooh`s!" got to me😂Floor is my guilty pleasure,and Nightwish as a whole is the most complete band i have ever stumbled upon. And that took me quite some time to admit to myself,as im hardcore into Metallica and other huge bands and artists out there,all the way from childhood. I just wish Floor started her career in Nightwish now.....what a album collection that would be today! I get O-faced just thinking about it!

Hey man you're just getting started when it comes to this band. And with Floor Jansen.. I don't even know what to recommend next and I'm a long time NW fan. Did you know Floor Jansen wasn't even an official member of the band at this concert? They officially announced her shortly after. ALSO - just a year before she was struggling with a nervous breakdown... man there is so much to love about her musical journey. She was always the best in the business and just wasn't getting the recognition or accolades until Nightwish called her up and requested her to tour with them (replacing a singer that wasn't working out). Seriously man nice reactions, you're legit NW army now! \m/

Awesome reaction, I do end up shouting myself about the pausing, but this was perfect, and hell: I keep coming back so you're doing something right :D
After this "Ghost River" is a good choice (and possibly my favourite live performance), and you'll get some Floor growly vocals in there. If you want heavier, and even more growlage go for "Yours is an Empty Hope", that will knock you sideways. Tbf though any Nightwish song is astonishing, perhaps try a track with Tarja singing, ie their cover of "Phantom of the Opera" from End of an Era...
So many Armies chasing reactors, I wonder how long before the Tool army comes stomping in *Cough* The Pot *Cough* and if you like instrumentation and watching people at the top of their game with insane energy try Unleash The Archers "Awakening"

My personal suggestion for the next songs in order to give you a nice overview of some "styles" covered by Nightwish:
-> "Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean" (Buenos Aires) will give you a metal and power blast: Maximum speed
-> There are a lot more great songs from Wacken: Storytime, Song of Myself,Ever Dream, Last Ride of the Day, Ghostriver
-> "Yours an Empty Hope" from Wembley (have a good look at the growls)
-> „Dead Boys Poem“ from Buenos Aires (so amazing and emotional)
-> "The greatest Show on Earth" (Tampere) and "The Poet and the Pendulum (Wembley - get to know the background of this song ahead)
-> Then the new stuff with "Noise" (Video), „Shoemaker“, "Harvest (Lyric Video) ...
Just my personal thoughts :-)
One thing you can definitely be sure of: Every song is different, has some surprising transitions, is intense. And none of the songs you're going to discover will disappoint you.

The dude does different time signatures on different limbs. Rather than recommend stuff for you, lemee ask you a question. What hip hop stuff gives you goosebumps? I feel like I (prog metal guy) never figured out how to listen. I loved “The Message” when I was 10, but never came back after that. If I like Nightwish stuff, what hip hop might I like?
