The Ankarsrum mixer is the bomb! Expensive but totally worth it if you bake a lot. I have one and hopefully you'll make more recipes using it. :)

That's a great question! My Dad bought it, so I'm not exactly sure where he found it. I see the Ankarsrum mixers are available on Amazon though.

Never even considered using bean water to make desert! 😂 This is fantastic because us Mexicans love using absolutely everything, we hate waste!
