- My dad and I head out on Opening Day of Rifle deer season in Pennsylvania! He goes to a tree-stand he has set up and I go to another one I put on public land In Central, Pennsylvania! He capitalizes on a Big Buck with his Remington 270 on opening day!
There is NOTHING like opening day of rifle season! No matter how old I get opening day is always like Christmas morning! Love the video, congrats
Until you walk through the shoes of losing your Dad (Hunting Partner) you will NEVER KNOW what that meant UNTIL they are gone forever and you don’t have them anymore!!!. I have 2 sons and daughters that I’ve TRIED to pass the tradition on to but they are your modern day 📱 key board warriors and don’t give 2 💩’s about hunting!.. so for me, I’ll never enjoy hunting as I once did!! Those memories are all I have to hold onto! Please take this advice!!.. take plenty of pictures and videos!! I didn’t have those options in the 80’s… I have a few pics but not like today’s pocket technology allows!!!. Make those memories guys!!!!🙏🙏
I'm from Ohio.. I used to hunt with my dad started when I was 5 before I could even kill anything hunted till I went to the military and lost my dad .. hunting has never been the same .. but now I have 3 boys and I'm passing the knowledge to them

Looking at videos from hunting in PA is so.foren to me. I hunt in Ontario Canada and up here where we hunt we might not even see a deer for years. In PA, you are probably going to see 10 deer on each hunt.
