I'm fairly new to armwrestling what's the difference between back pressure training and rising training they look very similar movements pulling your wrist back to you. Thanks.
Rising is neutral grip elbow flexion (I.e hammer curl) in combination with wrist rise. Back pressure is anything that moves your opponent towards your side of the pad, so that includes rising back pressure but also dragging and supinated pulling.
im a begginer in armwrestling i just have 2 weeks training back pressure with bands, 50 pounds it's ok? or i need more or less weight? i do 4 sets 10-15 reps 3 times at week, 0 pain or sore at all.
Anytime someone with more knowledge and power share there ways to train is very much appreciated “ THANK YOU.
Always good content !!
Thank you Tristan!:)
Thanks bro

I think it's already too late but i suggest you to first go as heavy as you can 3-5 reps and 2 to 3 sets and then go for a lower weight hypertrophy
