Hello mam I'm a big follower/ Fan of you from Chennai. As mam clearly mentioned there must not be any grounds of cruilty. So if the husband is very genuine and if he files RCR, the next summon he will get is from the charge of either Domestic Violence or 498A against husband and his family. So that it would be a valid ground for cruilty. And inorder to fight and prove that no evidence of DV or 498A itself it will take minimum 2years. After that the next process is they will go for Divorce. This is what happened to me. So I would say RCR is just option but might not work all the time. Taught of sharing my experience so that it might help someone at sometime.
