Cliffbase is a very well know place on Hvar, a lot of nice apartments everywhere and Miro (the owner) put up plenty of climbing routes everywhere so there is a lot to do for a whole week or two
Hi Matt, very Beautiful video!!👏👏💪💪awesome shooting and great route. Compliments also for the channel! 👍👍 We subscribed and will follow with passion! ☺☺
@@mattgroom5179 Waiver for what? Entry to what? You can "enter" by boat or by foot (slightly more difficult since you're on a cliff) and that's about it. I'm from Croatia, never heard of anything like this. Any piece of land next to sea, 6 meters horizontally inland, cannot be owned by anyone. Even if you own an island, you cannot own its coast. The only option to restrict public access is to obtain a concession, which is expensive and extremely rare; there are maybe a handful of examples in the entire country.
Living and climbing in Croatia. Aftrr u finish climbing u rinse them in tap water to remove salt. Always better to wear those without metal parts, but all in all they do the job pretty good
Why do you exploit these secret unknown places for your glory? Just have fun and don't tell anyone. I did this traverse alone in 1988. I fell off. But doesn't matter. Let it go.

Literally got back from Croatia yesterday, so mad I didn't know this existed!

There are no private cliffs/beaches/coasts in Croatia. That would be illegal. All coastline is public good: anyone can climb.
So why did we have to pay entry?
@@mattgroom5179 You paid for the guide and the boat I guess. Or someone lied to you.
Nope we paid for entry, you have to, signed a waiver like a gym

I want to go on one of these trips so badly 😁👍
How was it on your endurance?
It looks like you could get plenty of rest along the way which is nice.
Idk about that being 8a tho looks a little easy for 8a
Matt, are you ALWAYS smiling ?
Haha I thought you were a boulderer, Matt
Sorry, this is NOT 8a! Rather 6a.
I guess the title of the vid is accurate, but it sure is click-baity🤣
Gotta do a little of that;)
another terrible climbing video soundtrack!
No speculum move to be found in this whole traverse, I'm disappointed !
