Superb video... This Is exactly what I need! I mean, maybe my will be a bit different but now I know how to do it step by step. All the best Richard Martin.
@@RichardMartin I will take your opinion into account and continue to watch your excellent videos, thanks and congratulations, kind regards from the Mexico City
John Coonradt jr.5 I don’t have plans myself, but they are 13 inches long, and you need boards wide enough for the bottles plus a little wiggle room. I use as much reclaimed material as possible, and I charge £25 for one. Cheers!👍🏻
My dimendions are. 30cm high. 22cm long. 14.5cm wide. You the add in if you pit in dividers. Also this is based on outside rails being outdide the width. Best to go loose then go tight. IMO
Nice. Thanks for sharing. I've not made one of these, so a quick question if you don't mind. Will the bottle opener not work straight on the side? Why the extra block holding it off the side?
Cheers Andy. The first time I made one of these I found the bottle was difficult to open with the opener mounted straight to the side of the caddy, so I’ve always put the extra block on the side to give more leverage when opening them. Plus it means you can use longer screws, making the opener more secure.
Mike Brazeal I didn’t put bottle dividers in so the customers can use it for different sized bottles. Some of the bottles here are tall and thin, some short and fat. The dividers cut down the options.

A T Thanks, glad you liked it. When you make one either film it or take some pics, I’d love to see what you do.
Nice job! Congratulations! What do you think of the Zinc alloy openers that Amazon sells, do you recommend them?
Thanks. I get my openers from eBay. The Amazon ones seem the same, just a lot more expensive.

I've made a couple and for the shape on the upright I drew round my big brick trowel to appeal to men haha

Cool. Thanks Richard!
Do you not add the bottle dividers? I've built 4 caddies and I always struggle with the cuts and keeping them square.
