Mystery location off Latrobe Road in El Dorado Hills.

I've driven by this location a number of times, always wondering what was up there, and why it was fenced-in. Now I know! I hope this is informative to you as well.

@RedDogMamaHD - My buddy who lives nearby that location said there was a business farther down the road that used to be a working lumber mill. I'm wondering if they needed a water reservoir for that? Not sure now, but when they store water up on a hill, it is usually to use gravity feed for water pressure. Kind of like a water tower. It's just that the water is pretty gross green, certainly not for drinking! It looks more like a portal to another dimension... :)
