I refused, told her it’s a scam and she was terrified for weeks that she would be taken away in cuffs in front of her kids.. for no charges. Thanks for turning the tables.
Watching him go through the emotions of life changing wealth, then devastation while trying to communicate with his scammer boss in front of him is beautiful.

From years of watching scambait videos, I've found the most charming attribute of the Nigerian scammers is that they'll lose their minds and scream obscenities at the baiter for hours but never ever suspect that the "victim" is playing them. It simply cannot enter their minds that someone could be outsmarting them.
Mr. Pricky from Scambait Central has said that that sort of attitude, that need to be the smartest one in the room, is almost literally ingrained in their culture. Being the best, beating any possibility of being outsmarted or outdone, that is why they cannot accept when they have lost.

He will sit there and say “okay, you KNOW the reason this account has higher interest is because it’s locked in for 3 years, right? You KNOW there’s a penalty for removing the money early, right? From years of watching scambait videos, I've found the most charming attribute of the Nigerian scammers is that they'll lose their minds and scream obscenities at the baiter for hours but never ever suspect that the "victim" is playing them. It simply cannot enter their minds that someone could be outsmarting them.
Mr. Pricky from Scambait Central has said that that sort of attitude, that need to be the smartest one in the room, is almost literally ingrained in their culture.

I was half asleep still, and because of my brain injury, I didn't realize what was going on until after I gave them my card number! Called the bank and got my money back, but they continued to call, threatening to have me arrested. I hope you realize how much you mean to people like me. Please, never stop what you are doing. Hopefully, with the advances in A.I. technology, you will be able to retire soon!

It’s sad how bad people don’t understand their own finances. My nephew is a financial advisor. He will sit there and say “okay, you KNOW the reason this account has higher interest is because it’s locked in for 3 years, right? You KNOW there’s a penalty for removing the money early, right? Then they’re back in a month wondering why the money is locked in.
