  • This little tool from Roland is a real song-builder. Its ability to set up chord progressions is an excellent speaker for composers who want to reach our for something new. In this video, though, I focus a bit closer on its more spontaneous application as a synth module.

    I like the sound, keys layout and size of this thing … but I’m not paying Roland for only 4 voices, and the sequencer is far too limiting … but for these problems, I’d have taken one as a mobile songwriting notepad …

      @@gearfacts I’d have jumped on one, if it had at least 6-note polyphony and I could store phrases/song ideas within it.
