This vid is part of our concept album about an Irish immigrant family fleeing British occupation, and finding even more trouble in the states. Incidentally, all the concept tunes will get vids like these, so we can put this imagery up behind us as we perform the album, making it a feature length musical, sort of a Wild west Pink floyd/ War of the worlds show. This character here is the main man in the story, and I based him on some of my buddies and long term roadies ( we call em Henchmen ) Mick Walsh and Tom (Snowy) White. It seemed right as they are both hairy bikers and I couldn't choose between them. I must stick a pic in the comments so folks can get a load of these two shysters in all their glory, Anyways. Hailing from the south coast of Ireland and heavily influenced by 70s Southern Rock bands like Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Outlaws and Molly Hatchet and also Irish legends Rory Gallagher, Gary Moore and Phil Lynott. Keith Watkins takes you on a historical journey through the Appalachians and the Black hills of Dakota in the 1800s, as the immigrants fought the harsh rugged terrain and wilderness, striving to survive. This lush musical landscape is painted with elements of traditional Irish music, folk, country, blues and rock, all set to a warm baritone voice. A proper tribute to the timeless essence of "Americana".

Originally written and recorded by Keith Watkins, he played all instruments on the demos. However this latest studio version has drums by Esteban Rotunno from Argentina
Gear: Keith uses Fender, Gibson, Schecter, Jackson, Charvel and custom guitars by Charlie Watkins hand crafted guitars and Hughes and Kettner amps.
The artwork is a mix of designs from Watkins Signs & Designs and also AI artwork.
