21+ Bronco Front Bumper Install Guide - Fab Fours Stubby Bumper, LED lights & Winch

In this video, we show you how to install the New Fab Fours Stubby Front Bumper for the 2021+ Ford Bronco. Along with this bumper, we are installing the Superwinch SX 12SR winch, Baja Designs Squadron Sports, and the UltraHook and Hawse Fairlead from Factor 55 for the ultimate front bumper setup.

Thanks for this inst video. I just bought this bumper and installing it today. My ‘24 BD Bronco is a week old. Wheels and tires yesterday and transmission skid plate and bumper today.

Thanks Kevin, glad you're enjoying the videos! Next video will be the AFE Scorcher on a 2.3L. Then will be a Fabtech lift kit and 35's on a 2-door, we're shooting that tomorrow! Then an AFE exhaust for the 2.3L. On our own build we're patiently waiting for our lift kit (Fox + Billet Arms!!!!) and our 37's can go on. We've got a lot of good stuff coming out! When I installed, all of my wiring is still above the bumper, do I need to pull the bumper off again to route the wire for my Winch?

Any idea if the factory fogs from the plastic bumper will work on this?

No, they do not. These cutouts are made for 3x3 cubes

does this bumper work with the factory steel skid?

Yes you can keep the factroy steel skid plate, it just doesn't match very well, and the Fab Fours is way more robust.

This is the bumper I wanted really bad, because it has fantastic clearance. Sadly, FF told me it blocks the front camera.
Still waiting for a good bumper winch combo for the Lux front camera.

The ADD Rockfighter with a winch that has a relocatable control box is gonna be the lowest interference with the camera.

Do you know if this effects the "pre collision assist" and "automatic emergency braking"? I know they make a ACC bracket, but mine does not have that, only the ones mentioned.

It does not interfere with those. Mine still work. I believe those sensors are in the windshield.

@@Motoroso The ACC sensor is for Adaptive Cruise Control and it's the black rectangular box in the center of the plastic intercooler duct, which you remove @ 1:20. My understanding is this box is on every model, as a placeholder, but the sensor is only present on LUX models.
With that being said, it appears this sensor aligns directly behind the FabFours logo/cutout in the front of the bumper. Can you confirm? It seems you could cut this out further to provide ACC visibility? Please confirm if the sensor resides directly behind the logo of the bumper.
