    Love this but not in the morning. I'm 3 months pregnant and when I had it in the morning I threw up. After breakfast is prefect for me. Thank you❤❤❤

    Baby Ava is getting so big! I love that you mention that Vitamin C helps us absorb iron better. I'm not pregnant but I love your channel and I'll give this smoothie a try for skin health. Thanks for the video guys!

    Wow!! I love your channel, all your prego workouts I’ve tried so far & this green smoothie looks Oh, So Good & Soo Refreshing!! I can’t wait to try it!! Thank you for putting out such great content! I feel safe working out during my pregnancy bc you’ve had 3 kids & seem very knowledgeable about your stuff!! 👍🏻👍🏻😊
    (Side note: you mention pineapple 🍍 in this smoothie.. I’ve read that pineapple can cause contractions & possible miscarriage. Have you heard that? What’s your experience/input on this?) Thanks!

      Yes! Scientifically calories = energy. Phytonutrients and micronutrients only add to it.

    I am suffering from severe morning sickness and I want to drink this so bad but Im nauseated looking at it but I may force myself to drink

      awwe Jessee I feel for you! Try using a big coffee thermace that comes with a straw so you don't see what you're drinking!

      @@glowbodyptI'm glad your sharing these recipes, i love smoothies so I'll definitely give these a try! And 3 children is hard work lol and we're on #4 so so our home is gonna be a little crazy for a while (or a few years lol) after the baby is born, especially with 3 babies under like 2 1/2 😅 ...... is it werid I was a little bummed that you weren't expecting again? 😂
      But hey if for any reason you get bored and the stars align and u get some free time and decide you wanna add any videos to your already amazing array of pregnancy workouts (even though your not expecting) I totally would'nt mind!! 😁 Don't get me wrong I LOVE ❤️ all of the ones now and will continue doing all of them but having a few new ones to add would be amazing since Ive done them all prob 20 times each or more being my 3 pregnancy since I've found you 😂

    What prenatal vitamins did you use throughout your pregnancies?
