Sivir's ult used to give her w attack speed, but when they changed her e from mana restore to health, they also moved that passive onto her w, so now it gives attack speed by itself.
Man such a great change always annoyed me that I had to wait till lvl 6 to get 20% on three attacks.
I miss the mana on the shield, It just felt more satisfying being able to Q W spam more

Watching Sivir play and clear is sooooo satisfying!
I don't like playing Sivir mostly because my reflexes are not fast enough to activate her spell shield in time to absorb an enemy attack. If you're not "gud" enough to take advantage of her signature spell, she's pretty useless. I feel that a lot of people have same problem with her.
The thing is, she can only block 1 spell and it has to be a projective or on hit. Compared to someone like Samira, Yasuo, or Fiora, you're outclassed due to limitations.
Cruelty seems like it'd be pretty fun item on Singed if you could get the passive that gives 200 ability haste(66.67% CDR) for Fling. Since airborne is an immobilize you could displace enemies and drop meteors every 2.6 seconds.

start w with first strike, easier to proc and more procs. You should also buy the cloaks first since all her damage is related to crits

Elementalist Lux (her Ultimate skin) has the ability to change her "element" which changes her outfit colour and the colour of her abilities as well as the lines she says for them. She gains the power for activating these changes by hitting enemies with her spells, and can select an element twice per game (which will give a combined form of those elements, or "Dark" form if the elements are opposed)
I abhor the fact that they gutted lethality sivir and changed her e to restore health instead of mana. She feels like garbage now coming from am ex sivir main.
