16:38 passive will not activate if it overflows with your max mana. after using an ability it triggers because the current mana + passive is less than or equal to max mana. It's actually practical so you can get 100% worth of your passive. for example, you will get a 100 mana with your passive but your current mana is 950/1000 if Xerath's passive gets triggered then you will only get 50% of your passive. btw this is only my observation as a Xerath main as well. love your vid! it's amazing every time.

rammus ult makes him unstoppable so that’s why your stun didn’t work. you would have had to hold e until he landed
