Premier is a hip hip wizard! He really was productive. There were other amazing producers during that time, like Lord Finesse, Large Professor, Diamond, and Showbiz to name a few, but Premier was a step ahead. Take it Personal was my favorite beat he ever made.
I know right......even more impressive is how Preemo (from Texas) and Guru (from Boston) were at the forefront of holding BK down in the early nineties....absolutely proves that where you're from has nothing to do with where your heart and spirit makes its home!!!
