Oh my God, when I read that you would like to speak Polish I said "awww". I am Polish and I'd love to hear you speaking some Polish words! The process of learning will be kinda hard tho, especially the pronunciation, but I believe in you and this could become something great! Since both German and Polish have some "hard sounds" like "r", you shouldn't have much trouble.
When i saw "I would like to speak" I thought: Is she imprisoned or something? Btw witam.

Polish is not so hard, try something simple words like włosy it's mean hairs or woda means water.

Maybe it's just me but Polish is hard. Maybe single words are easy to say but overall a large number of consonants in words is hard to pronounce(try scyzoryk-pocket knife/dźwig-crane/krzesło-chair/żyć-live/czajnik-kettle). Not to mention the syntax of sentences, cases, non-personal variations and I could still list more and more.
Może tylko dla mnie, ale polski jest trudny. Może pojedyńcze słowa są łatwe do powiedzenia, ale ogólna duża ilość spółgłosek w wyrazach jest trudna do wypowiedzenia(spróbuj scyzoryk/dźwig/krzesło/żyć/czajnik). Nie wspominając o składni zdania, przypadkach, odmianach nieosobowych i mogłabym tak jeszcze wymieniać i wymieniać.
It's not like I don't wish her luck becuase I hope that she will learn language/will speak it amazingly. But I, just as person who speaks 5 languages, wanted to mention that for native speakers own language seems easy or easier as it really is.
To nie tak, że nie życzę jej szczęścia, ponieważ mam wielką nadzieję, że nauczy się języka/będzie się nim posługiwać wspaniale. Ale po prostu jako osoba, która posługuje się 5 językami, chciałam powiedzieć, że dla native-speaker"ów" ich własny język wydaje się prosty bądź prostszy niż naprawdę jest w rzeczywistości.
