- Hello everyone,
This week I'm bringing to you a Kanhangad's special Fish curry- the Ulliyum Thengayum Itta Meen Curry. I hope you all enjoy the video and leave your feedback in the comments section.

Preparation:
Ingredients:
Sardines - 500 gms (washed and cut)
Sliced onions- 1 medium-sized
Ripe tomatoes - 1 medium-sized.
Ginger - 1 inch finely chopped (1/2 tbsp)
Green chilies - 3 nos. slit in the middle.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 1/2 tsp (or according to spice level)
Tamarind extract - 1 cup (lemon sized )
Salt - as needed
Water - as needed
Garlic - 4 cloves
Grated coconut - 2 tbsp
Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
Curry leaves - 3 strands
Coriander leaves - a handful (optional)
