In this example WhatsApp Messenger used up all 15gb of space, because back up data was downloaded on google disk. Usually backup can't be completed successfully because 15gb was not enough. Solution for this full storage is to delete it by clicking OPTIONS on the right side of that app, and delete it. You will free up the space (15gb in this case).

empty the trash on google drive if you just recently deleted some files and then reload the pag, hope that helped
