I just got an Oraimo Watch 2 Pro for my dad yesterday and after watching your video on the Watch 2 Plus, i made sure to charge it fully before first use. I set it up with my iPhone and updated the watch; a few hours into normal usage, the screen stopped responding to touch. I press the button but when i swipe, the touch sensitivity would cease on and off. So I reset the watch back to factory settings, thinking it was a software issue, and now I cannot even swipe past the first Oraimo Welcome page. The screen touch has completely ceased. The screen comes on, but it is not responding to touch. I'm sure it is a product defect unique to just this watch, because the quality is amazing and I love it. This is the first time an Oraimo product has failed me. I recently got the Oraimo Rhyme and made sure to charge it fully too before first use, and it has been amazing. I have 2 questions: I have emailed Oraimo Care, but should I still take the watch the Carlcare tomorrow? How long do you think it could take to have it replaced?
So sorry about the experience. Please, go to any Carl care centre near you. Have your receipt ready or order number. Explain the issue and they will tell you when to come for the new one. It depends... If it is available there, you will be it immediately. If not, they will tell you when to pick it up. Once again.... Sincere Apologies. 😔

My neckband had 1 year warrenty. After three month the left earbud stopped working. Then I claimed the warranty and the kept the warranty card. Again, 1 month later the second earbud stoped working. Now, they doesn't wants to do any service for me. What should I do?
