Even escalating to Oraimo, because I believed it was a factory defect, all what I did never worked until I "accidentally" dropped the right earbud & voila, the noise stopped and it started working properly. I know a factory defect is responsible though, but it's working now. Oraimo even referred me to this page
I have tried the reset for my freepod lite but still the same issue. I will try this later. The two ears do not work together. Once the right ear is turned on the left goes off except the right is turned off.

Most times its a manufacturer error, in this case one of the charging pins for the right earbud shifted inside, no matter the cleansing you it will never work
@BracketReviews previously i had freepods 4 with one earpod side issue with anc so i upgraded to freepods pro just today to find the same anc not working on one side problem,one earpod while anc on has the woosh sound, not pleasing. Have tried all the tricks to fix but not working, its just faulty, i don't trust any of their products now
To be sincere, the freepods pro is a hit-or-miss product. So sorry about that. You can take it to Carl Care for replacement. Even with that, I can't guarantee that the issue will not repeat itself.
Both of my earbuds show the "blue light" because they're charged, but when i connect them to my phone it shows 20% battery left and non stop "Low battery, please recharge" and it goes off this happens in under 1 minute
Had experienced the same issue with my oraimo roll, returned it, took like 3-4months for the replacement. It worked briefly and still started draining fast again.
