Mike i know you've said that ethics questions depends more on our intuition but still could you make few clips on the concepts of ethics, mostly the ones which students frequently get wrong?
I have ADHD and very difficult to do questions I always stuck with 10/15 per day and watching some videos And i take a lot of notes i dont know how to handle thats i will watch your videos
Stop taking notes. Use mehlman notes and try to study it more thoroughly. Do as he suggested. Do more questions/ day and read more because you don’t know concepts. Same issue here so try to figure out your issues
Same didn’t get diagnosed until recently had no idea why i was having so much difficulty in medical school when i was already smart than most but could never perform in exams. Finally got prescribed non stimulant definitely helps with racing thoughts but not much improvement in motivation and focus. Stimulants are first line but my doctor refused to prescribe it because it can worsen anxiety

Thanks Melham for the inspiration. Feeling depressed, just finished first round of uworld 44% score on random tutor mode. Thinking about doing a second round same mode. Every qs was a mental struggle. What are your thoughts on RX q bank to memorize fa better?
hey there, i solved 40% of uworld and it was depressing, so i decided to solve rx and it's helping me learn a lot better and helping me understand a lot of things! i plan to go back to uworld next week.. rx is worth trying imo Good luck!
Im a US-IMG, post-grad. Just took step 2. Just finished a block of random questuons on uworld, 45% correct on 40 questions. solid step 2 foundation. think I could grind it out and finish step 1 by the end of september so I can join in this match season? What do you think I should do from now until the end of september (which is when I wanna take the exam)? I can VERY easily put over 12 hours of studying per day
Thank you so much Dr. Mike, i have a question, in the last month of reviewing NBMES how prior to the exam should my last nbme be? i calculated taking the final form 31 two weeks and 3 days before the real deal. thank you again
Hi mike I hope you doing will .thank you for the effort you doing I want to ask I did 60% of uworld in last year (start from April 2023-december )then do nbme18 I score 62% then do Amboss and lecturio self assessment I score 208 in both .then I have gap for 5th year medschool exam (obgyn ,ped, surgery ) I watch all your video for these subjects , now I do not know what to do , should I review all system I do in past or focus in remaining question I do not doing yet ( neuro ,cardio ,general ) or do nbme 19 as base line then see the weakness ? thank you
thanks man!! i’m so fucked up rn and literally burnt out, my exam is a month away and i’m getting 52%, 57%, 59.5%, & 61% on nbme 25,26,27,28 respectively… at this point imma just memorize the nbmes straight away along with your pdfs and go in taking it bc there’s nothing left i haven’t done ffs
Bro, a heartly advice, a side of your daily schedule, go for 1.5-2 hour mehlman audio q bank on a regular daily basis, it'll boost your NBMEs`scores. ❤
