I'm not a christian but I started reading the Bible back in April of 2021. I have the chronological, reflections and filament Bible in NLT. I was planning on getting the NIV artisan Bible but… this Bible is beautiful and it has more insight to the original text than the NIV. I'll be getting the KJV Sovereign Bible in purple on my birthday. Can't believe I'm excited over a Bible but I am. Love your videos Cat. 🥰

You are so talented with "dressing" up your Bibles. That is so pretty & its awesome how you're able to match up the ink with the color inside the Bible! I'm late watching your videos, but I always watch as soon as I can! Yesterday was kinda rough but also good. I had my regular 6-month gyn cancer check-up (2017 surgery) & we have to drive a little over an hour each way. I stay in pain daily so I struggled getting a shower, getting dressed, & then the ride there. The exam was painful because of my legs & back, not the 'other'. My husband has to go in exam room with me to help me with undressing & dressing, helping me on exam table, etc. My oncologist examined me & told me I'M STILL CANCER FREE! PRAISE GOD FOR HIS BLESSINGS!! Now I don't have to go back for a year! Then one year after that & if all stays ok, she told me I'll "graduate"! No more exams! I was so excited! But by the time I got home, I could barely walk. Today has been horrible with pain, but I gave God praise all last night & all thru today, & every day! The pain is something I have to live with...but God blesses me every day in some way & I know He'll get me thru! So do your videos, Cat! I love the Lord & love what you do for His glory by blessing others the way you do! Much love & blessings!

Oh. Thank you for pointing out the map pages. They're in different paper, something like photo or magazine paper or whatever. I'm thinking of adding an art gilt to my Spurgeon genuine leather (I know you have one too 👀). It is black and red but the gilding is silver! I have never seen a silver and red combination so I am a little scared. But The Holman maps use a different page then the T. Nelson. They use like a hard paper.

I have a question...I remember I used a red ink similar to this one before and it had a really bad ink smell that seemed to never really go away... is this ink the same way or how is the smell? did the ink smell fade off for you if it had one?
If there's a smell more than likely it's expired. I have tried several different kinds of kinds inks and none of them ever had a smell

How long does it take to dry? With your artistic talent, have you tried a floral pattern or tie dye, or an ombre look? Just thinking that on a Bible in this price range, you could probably play around with two or three others, then maybe gift them from your channel.
I've Shared how to do the ombre look in my playlist but as of yet that's the bravest I been so far 😂 well you could say adding the black color was brave too because you never know how thing are really going to turn out. Last night I did a blue under blue art Gilt and it looks amazing. 🤩
