Turning the Tide Together: Highlights from the WRN Northern Conference, Manchester

On 13th April WRN held its first Northern Conference at the Peoples History Museum, Manchester. Topics discussed included the upcoming election and how to ensure Womens Rights and Single Sex Spaces are promoted.

The tide turning would mean women like me would not be dehumanised in an NHS hospital by being referred to as “a person with a cervix”. I still feel humiliated and angry 6 months later.
